Counselling Suite Location
Building entry on Gibsons Way, as seen from Tanner Street.
Facilities: Upon arrival, the waiting area includes facilities where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, herbal infusions and chilled water. There are also bathroom facilities on-site. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable with heating and cooling fans.

Getting Here
Street Access: The counselling suite is entered via a security door on Gibsons Way, halfway between Tanner and Stewart Streets. The suite is on the first floor, accessed via either stairs or a lift.
Car Parking:
Train Travel: If arriving by train, take the North exit from Richmond Station and walk to your right toward Gibsons Way. The walk from the North exit of Richmond station to the AKM security entrance on Gibsons Way will take approximately one minute.
Tram Travel: If arriving by tram, alight at Richmond Station (on Swan Street), walk through Richmond station to the North exit, and make your way to Gibsons Way. The walk from the North exit of Richmond station to the AKM security entrance on Gibsons Way will take approximately one minute.
Car Parking:
- One hour street parking (free) is available in the surrounding area.
- Sensor timed two hour parking (free) is available on Stewart Street, around Stewart Street Reserve, and on Lennox Street.
- Ticket meter street parking (paid) is available on Swan Street.
- Care Park (paid) at 15 Swan Street, just west of Richmond Station near the corner with Punt Road
- Care Park (paid) at 35 Swan Street, just east of Richmond Station.
- Care Park (paid) on Stephenson Street, just behind The Precinct Hotel which is on the corner of Swan and Wellington Streets, where the overhead train lines cross Swan Street.
- National Tennis Centre Parking (all day flat rate of $7.50) at 102-110 Olympic Blvd, requiring either a 12-13 min walk or to catch the tram at it's dedicated 7C-MCG - Hisense Arena/Melbourne Park stop.
