Practice Location

All treatment is offered via telehealth (online video-conferencing) and telephone.  We no longer offer face-to-face services at our consultation suite.  If face-to-face treatment is required (given your presentation) this will be discussed with you accordingly.

Our telehealth services are delivered using Doxy.me, a secure platform specifically designed for health-based treatment.  It is fully encrypted and incorporates security features that achieve the levels of privacy legally required in Australia for health-practitioners who deal with health-related information.  By using this platform we ensure your confidentiality and the security of your information.  It is easy to use with a perpetual link you can pin/save for convenience.  It even has a waiting room with 'reading material' that we regularly change, to keep you entertained if you check-in early or if for some reason there is a short delay to your appointment start.  You can read more about Doxy.me here.
